I hand launch/recover my Mini 3 Pro so no legs wouldn't be a show stopper to me but would be for many other pilots.  

It doesn't look like it has 360 OA, and it looks alot like the mini 2.

that is true but the tech inside is upgraded

even though it has a mavic pros camera, its slightly bigger, has support for vertical shooting, and has a 1 inch 6k sensor
16km O4+ or O5 transmission
4 fisheye cameras for 360 OA and APAS 5 (or 6 i dunno which APAS were on)
brighter auxilary light
40 minute flight time (higher capacity batteries)
ActiveTrack 6.0
New quickshots
and thats it for now
