This is in the neighboring residential area in Jersey City. It's funny how  things bring you to the same area by coincidence.

The funny thing is that most of the work in Jersey city is in industrial areas. There are some nice views of the city though.

Some of the industrial views are also interesting to see, especially when I don't have many around the area I live in.

What's old to you is new to me.  We all need new scenery every so often.  My two favorite seasons for landscape shots are Spring and Fall.

Even though I've been to 65 different countries I still get to see many new views on this forum.  Unfortunately, drones were not around when I started my Navy career or I could have collected some amazing aerial footage.  Oh well, water under the bridge as they say.

I haven't traveled enough abroad, but I have been to 46 of the 50 states, and I wish I had a drone then.

90% of my travel was courtesy of the Navy.  You've got me beat as I've only been to 33 states.  It's kind of sad that I've visited more foreign countries that states.

I used to manage a national sales force for First Data. I used to visit 3 cities a week. It was fun in the beginning but could get grueling at times.

No doubt that was a lot of traveling.  I could see where traveling and living out of a suitcase would get old in a hurry.

I'm guessing you met a lot of sales people during that timeframe. Sales was never something I would want to do for a living but I did enjoy my one year officer recruiting tour.

I've always said it takes a certain type of personality to be successful at sales.  I guess it all depends on the product you are selling but I'm not sure I would handle rejections very well.

I can only sell what I truly believe in. To me that's the secret to success.

That's a great philosophy.  

As a buyer I would prefer to have an honest conversation and good rapport with a salesman more than I want another splashy product promo.

I like to go by word of mouth referrals on products also.

Couldn't agree with you more.  I feel that word of moth referrals from friends and associates are just much more trustable.
