M300 charging case beeping error

One charging slot of M300 battery case gives red light and there's constant beeping. I have uploaded a log file with reference number 9dbeef50-1d01-4230-9a73-08bd8d82a2fd

Is it possible to find out from that log file what is wrong? Other slots seem to working fine and i'm able to charge batteries normally. I have opened the charging case and can't see any obvious flaw, like loose wire or so.

Hi there, sorry to read about the issue. Just to double confirm, you have tried to charge the same battery on a different slot and it is charging well, only this slot has an issue when charging batteries, right?
If this is the case, you may need to send the charging case back to DJI for further service.

It's not the battery, only that one slot which is not working.

How to make a repair application if BS60 battery station is not listed in devices and you can't find it with serial number?

Switch on the BS60 battery station and check the circuits on its main board. Probably a few of them are burnt out or there is a contact problem. Then check the thermal paste of the processor of the motherboard.
The room is old and has lost its properties. Replace it with a quality paste. Your red audible warnings at the battery station will improve.
Of course, these operations are out of warranty. If you have a warranty, fix this problem from the warranty. Otherwise, if you are confident, you can try these.

The BS60 charging station I had also had this problem. One of the small circuits was a little burnt and there was a contact problem on one of the legs. We supported it with a little solder and solved the problem.
