I can fly the drone in the cold correct?  0 degrees, 20 degrees it shouldnt effect the drone at all correct?

Does the mini 2 SE have a follow feature?

You might have better results if you throw a hand warmer in with your batteries until you're ready to use them.  I have a USB rechargeable one that I put on its lowest setting.
