When active track is running, the height can still be adjusted manually. What I notice is that you have to press the altitude stick for a long time until the drone changes altitude. When you release the stick, the drone still moves a few meters.

Can you please download the DJI Assistant 2 software on your computer and please update/refresh the firmware of both aircraft and remote controller then check if the issue persists? You may also calibrate the remote controller via the DJI Fly app. Make sure to perform a screen recording during the test flight and if the issue persists, please upload the screen recording via Google Drive and then send the link here so we can check.
