Interested in this audio upgrade..can I assume the audio stored in the transmitter can be downloaded via USB C to my computer?

Hello, there. Thank you for reaching out. During internal recording, a file is saved every 30 minutes. When 32-bit float recording is enabled, a file is saved every 23 minutes, and the files are in WAV format. Recorded files can be exported by connecting the transmitter to a computer using the included USB cable. I hope this information helps.

Experiencing a new problem-just bought the mic 2 TX1 and cannot upgrade the firmware. TX downloaded but RX will not. In fact it is not recognized in either a PC or a Mac so I cannot download files or update the firmware from it because it cannot be read by a computer...thoughts?
