Certainly nicer to look at - and a cold spell will help kill off pests for next season's crops.

Lovely to see some snow,   we barely got a frost here.

Thanks Depp.  I'm hoping to have a really good weekend.  I have a grudge re-match coming up with two local law enforcement officers.  The last time we met at the pistol range I put them to shame and now they say they've been practicing a lot and ready for a re-do.  Little do they know I've also been practicing and quite a bit.  Should make for an interesting re-match.  I'm confident I can out shoot them once again.

Woohoo, winner, winner!  The local law enforcement duo brought in a ringer with them.  No problem, I beat all three of them.  They turned out to be really good sports about getting beat twice.  Now they want me to give them some shooting tips.

Thanks.  Yeah, that situation turned out much better that I could have hoped for because some of the local law enforcement guys can be very vindictive.
