I'm brand new to the 'Panorama' photo's and after taking a panoramic shot I the following is true:-
I can view on my phone in the DJI app using the 360 Viewer but when downloaded to my phone its just a photo with no 360 !

Obviously I either don't know what I am doing or I have done something wrong or both !

Is there a step by step tutuorial or guide that you can direct me to or can you tell me here ?

My phone is iPhone 12 Pro Max
My iPad is Gen 9
I am using DJI Mini 3 Pro

I believe all software is up to date

Hello, there. Thank you for sharing your query with us. The stitched sphere mode can only be viewed on the DJI app and can't be exported on a mobile device. If you wish to view the panorama photo in sphere mode, you may perform a screenshot or stitch the photos via third-party software. I hope this answers your query. Thank you for your support.

its normal.The photo in your phone is just i picture because you need one apk tha can open it as 360 panorama.Try Google photos.This apk can open it as panorama.
