It was about 24 degrees. I used the 2 Pro because it operates better at lower temps.

The Mavic 2 pro only has the one lens.Not as good as the 3 pro but it has the hasselblad camera.

I stand corrected, I guess I was thinking of the Mavic 2 Zoom.  Still the Mavic 2 Pro has an excellent camera.  Look how many years it remained the flagship consumer drone for DJI.

Many times I wish it zoomed but you give up the Hasselblad camera for the zoom.

I don't think it is worth that trade off.  Too bad they don't put Hasselblad cameras in all their drones but I'm sure that would jack up the prices considerably.

I hope not,  the last storm was only a couple of weeks ago and we lost a lot of fences to it.  The new fences were about to  go in this weekend but they are now safely laying on the ground to avoid wind damage.

The new PVC fencing acts like a sail. The old chain link fencing lets the air through but I guess it's too expensive and not as pleasing to the eye.

We have wood panelled fences here,    And in recent years they have nearly doubled in price.

I jst realized that when I do upgrade to mavic 3 pro the pro controller doesn't work with the Mavic 3 E. You need two separate controllers. It's crazy.

Yeah, that would make things to easy.  I don't even think the RC Pro Plus works with the Mavic 3 Enterprise.  

I've got the RC-N1 for the Air 2, RC Pro for Air 2S and Mini 3 Pro.  I also have the RC for the Mini 3 Pro.  Now I have the RC2 for the Air 3.  I've heard there is an RC Pro 2 in the works but I'm not upgrading.  I've got enough to take out on a trip.  Pretty much I'm just flying the Air 3 and the Mini 3 Pro.  but then I still have to take 2 controllers.

This is the problem. Right now I use a smart controller for all of my drones. Unfortunately it doesn't work with the mavic 3 pro or Mavic 3 E and both of them require two different controllers at 1100 per controller. That is nuts.

The controller is the exact came controller. Serial number is one off, I thought that if I could use one controller I could pick up the mavic 3 pro and 3 E and it would make sense, but no. Now I'm thinking of the Autel Evo Pro 3 V2. I could save $2700 on the RTK package and not worry about being locked down.

I have an appointment with a Skydio rep tomorrow to discuss their commercial drones. If I have to buy a second controller for the 3E I might as well look.

That's a shame that they treat people that way.  When they first started they were very customer centric but you could feel the company changing as they expanded into the commercial market and soon after abandoned us everyday consumers.  I still love my Skydio 2+ and so far no DJI drone does sport's tracking as well as the Skydio 2+.

Hay if they can get 30k for a drone instead of 2k so be it, but I would think they are going to sell much less of them.
