Update 26 took some time.
Busy with the real job (the one that pays the bills).

Arnold (carpenter) came and installed the new windows + double glass. He also cut the grilles and installed the inside ones.
Then I could seal the inside and finally have a warm living room again.
Marcel installed the UTP sockets and now it's up to me again.

At least you'll be warm while your working.

Absolutely. I had to dial down the underfloor heating because I was sweating today.

Wow, very nice update Peter.    Lots of progress but now it's back on you.  Being closed in again should help on the utility bills.

That is the plan for sure (and add some comfort in the process)

Nice spot of progress there Peter,  with the wether warming Im sure you'll have the outside painted in no time.

That means it is working really, really well.  Must be nice to go barefoot on that warm floor and then look outside at the freezing weather and not worry about the cold while inside.

Absolutely.
And I am still going to add one layer of insulation later (in the wall). Or I will have somebody do that.
But that has to wait for better weather.

Now you'll be able to get warm while working in there.

Adding more insulation in the wall will certainly help also.  Ahh, plans for the future.
