Pocket 3 Does Star Trails......

I still cant believe that the Pocket 3 was capable of doing a 5 hour log star trail.  And the details if you zoom in are stunning,  Im sure there are many small satellites that you can see that are in a low earth orbit.

The amount of trails in there is amazing.  It’s such a surprise the pocket 3 was that good at night.  Now if only I knew what they all were caused by.

Amazing effect.  We've been battened down for the storm this last 24 hours.  No apparent damage or ill-effects.

What they were caused by is an unknown phenomenon for sure.  I haven't used the OP3 yet for any night or low light footage but now I know it is highly capable.

There were a few trees down this morning when I headed out early but we didn’t loose any fence panels this time.  

The wind is starting to pick up again here though so it could be another loud night.

Was the exposures set to automatic or did you set it manually. The exposure is excellent.

I washed the car yesterday as it was disgusting after just two trips out but as the wind was picking up I didnt bother to dry and polish it,  and I'll do the same with this one later.

Nom. were using the blue one and borrowing the red one for a couple of days a week,  we going to order something new but they are just about to refresh the models so we need to wait for that so its going to take some months.   In the mean time were looking for a cheap <£1000 runabout.

Not sure if I mentioned this,   theres a rough looking car dealer on the island that has lots of signs up for we buy cars for cash,  seemed like a good place to find something cheap,  I popped in and they had a Bentley for sale for £200K.    Makes the mind boggle.

I sourced one on eBay for not a lot of $$ so hopefully that will arrive soon,   too windy now to use it as Im scared it would be blown over.

Very grey today,   it was supposed to be dry but I see rain is set to start later and 35mph gusts by dinner time.
