Hi, i'm very sad and don't know what to do. On the 31th of august i purchased a phantom 3 advanced directly from dji store. Now 9 days form my order i just got two wrong tracking number from onlinesales and now they don't know where my order is: diseappeared?
The order would have to be shipped from uk warehouses.
The only answer i got form online sales is "We are now working with my uk coworker on this"....is it possible? No word about that. I ordered directly from the online store just because i didn't want delivery problem....what a pity
What to do?
