thanks DT.   It's a popular spot with the photographers in the area.     Probably the only water fall for 200 miles in fact.

Not really,  it's an overflow to a canal which helps maintain the water level in the canal for the boats.

Im not sure why they did that,  it may just be for it to be pretty.
