It seems that RID is now being required in Israel, according to this:

My understanding is that our CAA has already contacted DJI with a request to enable RID in the firmware of supported drones.

Please expidite this when possible, so we won't have to buy external RID transmitters on drones that alerady support it.

Seems you need more than just remote ID you also need to connect it to the UTM network.

Yes, this part is already taken care of using a simple app running on the phone.

In previous firmware we had the possibility to specified FAA Rid but in latest release it has been removed

Do you mean that in latest firmware rid isn't working in the US?

ok, still not sure what this means...
In any case, as I have linked above ,and DAFlys has expanded about, we now need RID to be transmitted here, in the FAA format.
