I bought my first RS3 few days ago. The RS3 freeze after turning on the power in several occasions. There is no response from RS3 at all even though the screen is on. There is a strange icon appears at the top left-hand corner of the screen. Can anyone help?

I think I have a similar problem with my gimbal. There is no foreign icon, but I cannot go into wake-up mode and adjust the calibration. I cannot update the software.

I finally returned the defective gimbal to DJI and replaced for a new one.
