Just purchased a brand new ZENMUSE X7, activated on DJI system on 23 January 2024.
Tried to purchase DJI Care for it, to my surprise it is not available anymore for X7...
I already have the Prores license attached to my aircraft, but in order to be able to record 6K Prores Raw, with no crop, I have to pay 1100 euros for Cinema DNG license?!
Which is kind of crazy, considering we are talking about a product which it seems is not on your priorities anymore, and cannot be insured.
Bottom line, do you think it will be possible to reduce the costs of the licenses required to film in 6K or at least give us the possibility to insure the camera via your Care plans?
