When I try to login with the RC 2 controller I get the message "Check Network"?

I can login with my laptop with no problem.

What do I need to do?

Hello, there. Thank you for reaching out. This indicates that the DJI RC2 is not connected to your home network Wi-Fi. To access the Wi-Fi settings of your DJI RC2, simply drag the screen from up to down and it will show you the Wi-Fi icon which you can connect to your local network. You may refer to the screenshot below. I hope this information helps.

1. Please change to a different WiFi network or mobile phone hotspot to see the controller can detect it;

2. Please back up the remote controller data and reset the controller, then restart it and try to connect again;
