Hi,
I have almost new Googles 2 (less than a month old), recently i saw a dead pixel almost at the screen center, on the left screen. Is it something, DJI will fix under warranty, or it's "normal" and i should try to ignore it ;)

Hi.  We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused. Please rest assured that this does not affect the image and normal use. DJI Goggles Integra/DJI Goggles 2 is equipped with two HD Micro-OLED screens. Compared with the previous version of the goggles, the Micro-OLED screen makes it easier to achieve high PPI, enhance color saturation, and elevate the display to the next level with optimal image brightness. Therefore, the micro-OLED fabrication process is vastly more complex, difficult, and strict. Due to the micro-OLED technology adopted, the screen is more susceptible to dead pixels that may slightly occur in some specific views (monochrome backgrounds such as pure black/white/green/blue). However, you can submit a repair request on the DJI official website https://repair.dji.com/. The warranty can be applied depending on the assessment's outcome, including your unit's warranty period. We appreciate your patience.
