Dear guys,

I use Redmi 10, not one of the types of cellphones mentioned there. If I update Dji Fly to version 1.12.18, will the results be better ?

It's not the end of the world. You can install the newest apk and, have it checked, and uninstall it within about an hour. It is always a good idea to stay updated unless it is something from Xiaomi

Supported Mobile devices likely doesn't mean what you think it means.

It is a list of devices DJI has tested the app with and if you phone tech support and you have a problem they know the app should work with that device.

Because Android has 100s if not 1000s of devices it is not possible for anyone to know for sure that their app will work with their device.  But new DJI firmware and hardware always assumes you have the latest app running on your device.  So if you choose not to update you could find yourself with a drone that requires an update and a cell phone app that will not work with your drone anymore.

So whenever possible it is a good idea to keep your phone updated.

This also applies to your phone operating system.  Always try to keep that updated to the latest version of Android as well.
