I just got my brand new Mini 4 Pro Fly More Combo
All 3 battery lasting only 17 to 18 mininuts

FLYING CONDITION

* In NORMAL MODE
  
* Inside a the room

*Room temp 26 Degree celsius

* No wind

*Height From Ground 6 feet  NOT FLYING ONLY HOVER ON A SPOT

* Down LED Lights OFF
* Not  in recording or taking  photos

IN SHORT

Iam not gettng battery charge like  DJI WEB SITE
Long-lasting battery life: The Mini 4 Pro Intelligent Flight Battery maximum battery life is]up to 34 minutes

Just a thought, did you update your batteries by placing them in the drone, one at a time, and checking for an update?

The maximum HOVERING time (30 minutes) claimed on the DJI official website is measured when the aircraft is hovering in a windless laboratory environment at 20 meters above sea level, in photo mode, Obstacle Avoidance is set to Off, and from taking off with a full battery level 100% to 0%. Please note that the results may vary depending on the environment, actual use, and firmware version.  Thank you.
