In active track I only have parallel and manual mode showing.
How do I get Trace mode?

Could you please record a video for our further checking? Please note you can swipe the mode icon left or right to switch between Trace or Parallel once the direction wheel is minimized.

Sorry for the late reply. May I confirm if the mode of your drone is Mavic 3 Pro? If so, could you please provide us with a screenshot of the firmware version to check it further?

We've confirmed with the corresponding team that in order to present the product feature more clearly and more accurately to users, we optimized the naming and made adjustment accordingly. And 'Trace'  has been changed to 'Manual'  which is the same function, please rest assured.
