We send emails to customer with links to get coupon code for owners of orders that are shipped out before September. For orders shipped out after 1st September(included), we will send links before 20th September.
Do you mind advising your order number or DJI account here? I will try to check it for you. Thanks.

The service on the battery was amazing.  I am in the uk and ordered mine yesterday and it arrived to do.   So very impressed!

Today.  Not to do

i only recived the mail with the coupon information but not the code for it, is that normal?

I think that's the least that dji can do, after the price has fallen within 2 days by 100 €.

I had bought the Phantom 3 Standard from a seller in Amazon and contacted them regarding the free battery. When is the offer valid till. I don't want this offer to slip by. Please advise DJI.

I was told that if you purchased a Phantom 3 Standard recently from a local retail store you will still be able to take advantage of the free battery offer.
Is this true?
I just purchased a Phantom 3 standard on 9/3/2015 and a Phantom 3 Pro on 9/5/15 at a local hobby store.

So... if i purchase a P3 Standard from your online store (at the new lowered price) tomorrow,  will I also be eligible for a free battery?   

Or is this offer is only good for people who have purchased P3S's in the past prior to the price drop?  i.e. if so, this seems like a way for DJI of winning back some good will for those early P3S adaptors who spent $100 more (at the original $799 price)

I went to my retailer yesterday and they explained that the offer only applies to those who bought the Phantom before the price drop.
