I didn`t see it at first, but now its the first thing I see.

It does rather draw the eye away from the main subject, I found.

Great video and great dish.  I make my fajitas with very similar contents.  I'll have to try his full recipe.  I've found that with flank you need to sear it really good to keep the juices in and then cook it nice and slow, otherwise it will be tough and chewy.  Thanks for the YT link.

Thats exactly what I had done,    but becareful with the Jalapeño.  they seem to get hotter from being cooked like that.
