Have a good one.

Great day at the range yesterday.  I shot some nice and tight 4" groupings.  Met a retired Marine Corps officer so we swapped "sea stories" for a while afterwards.

Nothing at the range but  guns, targets and ammo.  We went to Starbucks after the range to socialize.

They could be.  They probably just don't want to have to obtain an additional business license in order to serve beverages and or snacks.  If they held that license they would be visited by the health inspectors on a regular basis and any little discrepancy would mean temporary closure.  Probably why it is not worth it to them and the fact that several places are readily available nearby for snacks and beverages.   

That combination of picture and title feels like you got an idea for the next Disney-Pixar movie. Artistic, philosophical and funny at the same time

I remember when vending machines would take coins.  With prices going up it seems now they take dollar bills or even credit cards.

Contactless payment really took off here and few years ago and then covid gave it a massive boost,  there are so many places now that I see that wont take cash anymore.   I wash chatting to one lady in a kiosk abut it whilst she made me a BLT and she was saying how much she loves it as she no longer has to go to the bang everyday or worry about having the right change.

Definitely some pluses to going contactless payment.  I always hated carrying around change in my pocket anyway.

I just had to get some shopping for the parents and he gave me the cash for it,  it's the first time Ive used cash in I cant think how long,  with the exception of carpark fees.

During COVID nobody was using cash.
