A friend wants me to fly filming a race with radio controlled boats.
They run on the 2.4 band, so I wonder if there is any risk ?
Maybe someone tried?

Normally each one is bound by a certain channel, however.... Murph eyes law!

I would be tempted to set up as normal for flight and start up, but leave the props off and see if their equipment has any effect on yours.  Just a thought on the safe side.

I've now tested & Bird is still intact.
Everything worked as usual.
Only one thing appeared.
After I had taken a photo of many, so there appeared no message so quickly that I barely had time to read it.
But what I could see was something about the IMU error or the like.
I'm sure it was something IMU.
It disappeared and everything was back to normal.
Got great pictures and movies that I would.
Somewhat surprised was one bad case of the message.

What do you think about that?

One other thing I always check is that if anyone comes close to me.  I always ask if they a mobile phone on them and ask them to move away if they have.  I once got a broken link warning whilst operating with someone taking photos on their mobile quite close.
So much going on at events such as the one describe.  Interference could come from a list of places.

It would be good to see some shots.

ok.
Now I attached the bird in my computer and it said that a calibration needed.
Maybe that explains the error message I got :-)
i soon edit the movie and then adds it out on youtube.

Filmed today and now it came up again :-(
Tried to find time to see the text, did not see everything, but there were, among other things, "be careful".
What the heck is this?
Has thus given up this twice now.
With two different batteries.
And with a calibration made.
Anyone who knows?
