Hi everyone, I changed my phone to a Samsung Galaxy a33, I installed the latest available version of DJI Go4,

the app starts, I can change tilt the camera oe see the battery status but not the video image, the screen always remains dark,
I tried different cables but nothing to do,

any suggestions? thanks

Hello. It has been confirmed that your mobile device Samsung A33 is currently not compatible. It can be preliminarily determined that the issue is caused by a compatibility error. Since there are many device models awaiting testing, this issue cannot be resolved in the short term.
