Hi All,

I am an Advanced Drone Operator in Canada.  I recently received an email from Transport Canada (TC) that informed me that DJI has not made a declaration, per CAR 901.76, for the model I mentioned in my topic/title.  I have had this drone registered with TC since November 21, 2022.  This recent lack of declaration has hobbled my drone photography business; as I can no longer fly this model of drone in controlled airspace or near or over people.  I've tried messaging DJI directly about this, but I'm not sure what department to reach out to.  Does anyone have any suggestions?  Thank you.

If yes, upon checking on the website, it shows that the DJI Air 2s is listed under drones that already submitted the declaration. You may access their website using this LINK.
