I have had my device for over six months and everything, including the active track, worked perfectly. The active track now will not move the gimbal, the target is highlighted (green square), and follows the target in frame, however the gimbal will not follow the target out of frame. I have used this feature many times, indeed it is one of the main reasons I bought this gimbal. I have changed the leads and followed my previously successful procedure. This problem occurs when using the Ronin app and when using the on-board LCD screen. All of the other features on the app work perfectly. All of the software is up to date. This is maddening! Please help.
