Why aircraft DJI mini 4 says that 50% battery is low? Is it normal. Only some charge cycles.

The percentage normally depends on the distance from the home point PLUS the height of the drone.
Did you fly the outbound leg down wind or a very long way away from the home point ( 16,278ft would count as a long way away from the home point ) and only on one heading, was the drone high?
The percentage is based on the distance from the homepoint, the distance of the drone from the controller is irrelevant in this calculation.

Have you tried googling DJI and the error code.

You can reset the home point to the controller's location but it can ONLY be done in stages, it DOES NOT continuously reset the home point.

Google does not provide any matches for error code 3203612. Error code 800903 has a vague explanation.

Before asking on the forum, I still try to research elsewhere.

Your problem is that you were 4900 metres away from where you launched the drone.
How close the drone is to the controller isn't relevant.
How far the drone is from the homepoint is what's relevant.

Where you launched is the homepoint.
The drone monitors it's distance from the homepoint and advises you when it has just enough power to get back to the homepoint.
If you had reset the homepoint during the flight, the drone wouldn't think it was 4900 metres from home.

That got me too initially but I think they had the drone track them and did not reset the home point, so it ended up 3 miles from the homepoint but a few ft from the controller.

Thats right, tracked. From log i see that battery indicators normal during flight. It looks like the battery notification is actually a "Last chance. With this battery charge, you can return to the starting point". The low battery warning could be worded differently to better understand.

Hi there. Thank you for reaching out and we do apologize for the trouble. The error codes 800903 and 3203612 mean that the unit has "Insufficient battery level. Please execute RTH now". Since you are tracking your vehicle, try to update the Home Point during the flight as the Home Point can be manually updated in Settings > Safety page in the DJI Fly app. Please note that to avoid unnecessary danger caused by insufficient power, the aircraft automatically calculates if the battery power is sufficient to return to the HOME POINT according to the current position, environment, and flight speed. A warning prompt will appear in the DJI Fly app when the unit calculates that the battery is low and only enough to complete an RTH flight back to the Home Point. For future reference, you may visit the DJI Mini 4 Pro user manual. Thank you for your valued support.

You need to update your homepoint, the Mini thinks, it has to travel 16000 ft back to it!

The bird flew 16.000 ft, but still has a not updated homepoint at the start!. Not important, where the RC is, the homepoint needs to be changed, the bird needs to know the new/actual one ;-)
