Hi
I have ordered one DJI FPV battery from online store but when i put in aircraff it show up "Non DJI batter detected" so i can not fly at all.
Do do all of you have any solution to fix that issues?

Hi there, please kindly check whether there are foreign objects in the power interface of battery. If yes, please try to clean and slot it in a right way.

If the issue still persists. it is suggested to send in for further checking, thanks.
