Its a short reprieve,   the met office must issued another yellow warning for rain,  and as you'll see in the other pictures we dont really need any more.

We did the seafront which is mostly a NFZ so I took the P3 and played with a couple of long exposure shots,   totally up to 15.49 miles today so Im having a rest this afternoon.

Not really,   but if I keep on top of it I can get away with a maintenance clean rather than the full deal.

Oh much quicker,   20 mins vs more than an hour,  and struggling to get the car dry.

There was a new full service car wash opened and offered full platinum service car wash over the weekend.  I usually do my own but I decided to give it a try.  They did a really good job but I think I'll continue to wash/wax, etc on my own.

I personally have real trust issues with places like that,  it only take one mishap to do some serious damage.   The MIL went to one years ago that broke off the petrol flap,   they told them to get it repaired and bring them the invoice to pay for it.   They had a new one sprayed to match the car and fitted returned with the invoice and they denied all knowledge it ever happened.

I'm worried that the spinning brushes would not get replaced regularly and I'd end up with scratches on my truck.  I've heard of some getting their GPS antennas ripped off the top of the car at some of the older automated car washes.

If those spinning brushes are the same as we have here they create micro scratches on the paint in no time at all.
