Hoping someone can clear this up for me. Someone in another forum posted that using the older mini 3 pro 2435 mAh normal battery in a mini 4 pro will NOT turn off remote id on the mini 4.

I find this to be a strange thing, so I'm hoping someone from dji can answer this.

When using the DJI Mini 4 Pro, the DJI Mini 4 Pro/Mini 3 Series Intelligent Flight Battery PLUS (3850 mAh) is the only battery that supports broadcasting FAA Remote ID. If you are using the standard battery and want to broadcast RID, you need to install a third-party RID module that meets the requirements of the aircraft for a compliant flight.
