I sent my Phantom 4 Pro Plus off to DJI in the Netherlands to have a fault fixed and hey presto DJI returned a brand new drone and remote !! -
Only prob is I had to re-load everything and I can't get any maps for my area - East of England - Maps is blank and when you click on the
4th link along ( Maps ) It just goes to the map page and sits there for ages doing nothing - my old one worked fine with maps - Any idea guys ?

We apologize for the inconvenience. You may download the firmware of the remote controller (GL300E) to the microSD card, and then update the firmware manually. Here is the link for the firmware: https://pan-sec.djicorp.com/s/RYG8R68Z3TbX8bw
1.  Import the file “update.zip” into the microSD card.
Note: If the upgrade fails via an SD card, please copy the update.zip file to the internal memory of the remote controller and try to upgrade again.
2.  Power off the remote controller and insert the microSD card.
3.  Power on the remote controller and a message will pop up informing you that there is an update package found, and then tap “Install”.
