On the screen is shown that I have to do an update via Assistent 2 (with a Mac), but there is no connection possible to my MacBook. Can somebody help? My drone is from May 2019.

Hi there. Thank you for reaching out and we do apologize for the trouble. To update the firmware of your DJI Mavic Air, you need to download the correct version of the DJI Assitant 2 software. Please click the link below to download it to your computer. I will also post a tutorial video where you can check on how to perform the firmware update. Please keep us posted.
