I didnt take any pano's this morning.  just not inspired at all.   Good job as it would have delayed getting home before the rain.

Oxtail in the oven now so that should be good for later.

We didnt bother,   although I used to really like them.     Then I was reprimanded for not getting pancake mix for the MIL,   to my defence it wasnt on the shopping list,  and who uses a mix.  FFS.

Some years ago I was entertaining and I asked a friend who was in attendance who's a chef to make me some pancake batter,   when I got back to the kitchen he'd made it,    about 15 litres of the stuff.  He seemed to only know how to make it at restaurant scale.
