Today, it was the first time I did a very long video, skying.
The Osmo Action 4 didn't crash, but after a first file readeable, the 2nd file was invalid.
4k/50 - HB - first file is about 20 min.
Total duration should have been about 30 min.
Any Idea on configuration issue, or firmware issue ?

send DJI the Log file in the misc folder and see what their team says
Thank you for the tip.
I will send that next week-end, when I will have access to a PC.
I just checked, and file is 4k/60 (not 50).
Firmware is 01.03.08.20
Hello, there. Thank you for reaching out. May I confirm if you test it with a different player? You may provide us with the file and we'll check it on our end. I hope to hear from you soon.

Now I have access to PC : I confirm it is not readable by other players. It tried multiple.
The file is quite big - not easy to send

Sorry to hear about this situation. May I confirm if you encounter an error message upon checking with other players? Also, have you tried to test to record again to see if the problem persists?

On every player I tried, I have the same "invalid format" message.
I checked the content of the video, it is full of 00 bytes.
Fortunately, it happened only once.

Thank you for your update. It's possible that the video might be corrupted and it's unable to play via multiple players.

I tried some "video fix tools".
All have the same results: video is full of 00 or FF bytes.
This means that the 9GB video is full of empty bytes.
Issue during the recording. Glad it happened only once.

Thank you for the update, Fr4p4d1ngu3. What microSD Card are you using with the Osmo Action 4?
Thank you for the update. We recommend using the microSD cards below which passed the compatibility test with the Action 4. If the issue persists using one of the microSD cards below, please let us know.
