i have a Mini 4 Pro for a few months. Everything works fine, but the images of video and images show a distortion. This is especially evident when there are straight lines in the image. These lines are getting wavery and curled. You see this in the attached cropped image. It occurs independant of the shutter time and ISO.

Unfortunately the problem is still remaining: a horizontal tremble in picture and video. The tremble is only occurring when the gimble is heading downwards in an angle of 75 to  90 degrees.

In your previous answer you wrote that i could send the drone to the service center.
I have two questions:
- how can i backup my existing waypoints before i send the drone to you?
- can you send me the link with the instructions how to send the drone the servide desk?

1. The flight route mission is saved in DJI Fly. There is no Transfer or Backup function. If you change to another mobile device, the previous flight route mission cannot be used.
2. You could complete the online repair request on our official website and return it for further diagnosis. Here is the link: https://repair.dji.com/gb/repair/index
