Sold it and the guy lives on the other side of the city so looking to unbind from my account.


The problem is that I have not connected to the drone in many months. I bought a Mini3 and did not use DJI Fly wtih my Mini much recently. I also got a new phone, so when I install DJI Fly for the Mini3 I do not think I ever connected to the Mini.

Bottomline... the Mini does not show up on the DJI fly app for me to Unbind.

I need DJI to unbind if possible. Or find another method.

Hello there! Thank you for reaching out. To unbind your DJI Mini 3, please follow the steps below:
1. Log in to the account that you have bound with the DJI Mini 3 in the DJI Fly App.
2. Click on [Profile] on the front page of the DJI Fly App.
3. Select [Device Management] and find the device that you want to unbind.
