Hi there. We are very sorry for the inconvenience that this has caused you. If the remote controller cannot be powered on, please follow the steps.
1. Please check if it was powered on in the correct way. The power-on method: press the power button for one second, then again hold it to power the remote controller on.
2. Please press the power button once to check if the battery-level LEDs are on. If not, please use the official charger to charge the remote controller, then try it again.
3. If the battery level LEDs are on, please try to connect the charger, then power on the remote controller to see if it is normal; if not, please send back the remote controller.

If the remote controller is not charging, please follow the steps below:
1. Check if the charged method is correct. Make sure the charging cable is plugged in tightly, and try plugging it in again.
2.Check the LED on the remote controller and confirm if it is in the charging state. If yes, please try charging for 2 hours to see if the power increases. If it still cannot charge, it is recommended to replace the charger and charging cable.
4. If the remote controller is the DJI RC/DJI RC 2/DJI RC Pro, check if the DJI RC/DJI RC 2/DJI RC Pro has been activated. If not, please activate the unit first. Then check if it can be charged.

The rc was working normally and all of a sudden it turned off and got like this. Only the first LED flashes when you try to turn it on
