Hola, buenas noches, compré un Dron a una mujer, ese dron se lo trajo su hijo a Perú de USA y el muchacho vínculo su cuenta, ahora está en Australia y pensó que eliminando la cuenta ya podría vincularse otro usuario, pero sigue vinculado y ahora intenta ingresar y no puede porque elimino la cuenta DJI, q se puede hacer??

Thank you for reaching out. In this situation, we recommend contacting the original owner to unlink the drone from the previous account. Here are the steps to follow:
1. Log in to the DJI Fly app using the original DJI account that is linked to the drone. There is no need to connect to the drone at this point.
2. Go to "Profile > Device Management > Select Device > Remove Device from Account." Read the instructions and click "Next."
3. Verify the account and the drone's serial number (SN) that need to be unlinked, then click "Confirm" to complete the unbinding process.
Kindly remind you that it is advisable for the original owner to perform the unbinding only after confirming the sale or transfer to avoid any potential loss of personal property.
