Hello, I`ve just happily bought DJI Air 2 FMC but unfortunately the controler`s charging port is damaged and it won`t charge. I`m planning to buy another second hand controler and my question is: Is there a particular procedure to connect new controller or it`s just plug`n play? Shall I somehow disconnect the old-original unit?Please let me know, best regards,

Hello, there. Thank you for reaching out. You may simply unbind the previous remote controller from the DJI Air 2S. To unbind the remote controller, the network needs to be connected, and the remote controller and aircraft need to be connected. You may refer to the below path to unbind the remote controller. The path is:

Profile>Device Management>Value-added service>Unbind RC

After the unbinding, you may simply link the new remote controller and bind it with your aircraft. I hope this information helps.
