I am not able to install DJI Pilot on my Samsang s23 Ultra (Android 14) please check

Hi there, DJI Pilot app is compatible with Android 5.0 or a later version. Per checking, Samsang s23 Ultra is not in the compatibility list yet. While other mobile devices are not necessarily incompatible. You may try via this link: https://www.dji.com/downloads/djiapp/dji-pilot

with the Android update to version 14, my Samsun Galaxy A8 tablet crashes the DJI Pilot V2.5.1.17, has anyone solved the problem?

Is the Pilot app working with android software version 14? My Phantom 4 rtk is down! We spent $7000 last year and i cant get any support??

Hi there. We do apologize for the inconvenience caused. As of the moment, the DJI Pilot app only works with the Android 12 system, and Android 13 and 14 are currently not supported. We suggest using a mobile device that runs with the Android 12 version to avoid issues. Thank you for your understanding and support.

Now purchasing an older model android tablet to be able to run my RTK drone. I thought under this enterprise side of DJI's business, I would get support from my manufacturer and not be left out like this to prioritize your new drones!!! This is so disappointing to know that if we ever purchase an enterprise drone from @DJI, that after a few years, DJI will FORCE you to upgrade, or else you have another paper weight!

Is there any updates? It was working fine on s23 ultra, until the last updated... now only crash

DJI was just kidding us, you guys are going to hell!!!!
I have enterprise advanced and enterprise zoom and I can't use them because my mobile android system was updated to version 14.
What if your android developers started doing something???   Your answers are hilarious.

Dear DJI support, please help me.
I have DJI mavic enterprise which work on samsung galaxy tab SM-X110 (android 13)  which work perfect with DJI Pilot app.
But now I have problem with app it doesnt start.
I tried a factory reset tablet, fresh instal of app. tryed everthinh from this topic's and still it doesnt work.
Can you send me tips how to fix tih bug.

Such a shame. DJI PILOT doesnt work well on iphone since it was launch as it doesnt tilt vertically to see flight records and use this options.  It was never solved in the app.

Bought a samsungs S20+ and it crashes when uou open it. Over 3000€ of material that cant be used any longer.

Such a shame the politics DJI are following.

Hello there. We are so sorry for the inconvenience caused. We kindly advise using a phone running on Android 5.0 to Android 11.0, as DJI Pilot is only compatible with this range of operating systems, and updates for compatibility are no longer available. Thanks for your understanding.
