The PDF mentions on page 22:-
  • The USB-C port of the transmitter allows for connection to digital signal headphones for listening to audio from a mobile phone.

I have tried different USB-C headphones without any luck, has any one managed to listen to audio on the Mic 2 via USB-C headphones from an iPhone?

Hi there. Thank you for reaching out and we do apologize for the trouble. Can you please confirm what specific brand of headphones and mobile device are you using? Also, if you could provide us a short video showing the issue that would be very helpful for us to investigate the issue. Please keep us posted.

I am using an Apple USB-C EarPod with an iPhone 15 Pro Max with iOS 17.3.1.  These work perfectly everywhere else I have tried.
No idea how I would produce a video showing something like no sound in a headphone connected to the Mic2 TX!

Maybe a video showing how you are setting it up… e.g mic linking to phone, show the link established, digital signal headphones plugged into mic, levels adjustments etc.  I’d have suspected you’d monitor on the phone given input via the mic not the the other way around but it is suggested in the manual unless it’s just meant as a pass through audio for media playback.

For me, the audio over usbc only works for phone calls. In other words, the dji mic 2 transmitter over usbc works like hands free. With both android and iphone.

After tests. I figure out that you need some quite cheap DAC built-in headphones.

The one works in my cases is a chip supports 24bit 96khz maximum.

And sound quality over the bluetooth is bad it's just a bluetooth headset

I have this paired to the Osmo Action 4 - when i turn the Mic 2 off it doesnt automatically pair back to the Action 4. Do you have to pair it everytime you turn the MIC off?

Can I use this mix for phone calls or do I need to get a cable to connect it to use it for calls or is it just by Bluetooth on iPhone?

Does this allow you to hear what the Mic2 is recording on headphones?

I'd like to find a way with the Mic2 to have a "monitor" port locally, plug in headphones directly to the mic so I can monitor locally and also possibly run the audio from the Mic2 directly into another camera while it's recording over BT.

Is it possible to connect a USBC to 3.5MM converter directly to the Mic2 for this functionality?   If so, anyone have a link to one that will work?
