I just bought a Ronin 4D and setup the charger as indicated in the manual. When I plug in the battery to the charger, all four LEDs blink 10 times and then shut off. When I tap the LED indicator button, the led furthest from the indicator blinks 6 times and then shuts off. It's been on the charger for a few hours. I've tried mutiple outlets. The USB ports on the power brick seem to power other devices, so the fault is likely with the battery. Any solutions other than replacing the battery?

I went out and bought a second tb50 battery and the 2nd one works properly. The one that came with the Ronin 4D is bad. Do I have to return the entire Ronin 4D just to replace a bad battery or will DJI allow me to send in just the battery?
