I bought a mini 3 pro with DJI care refresh card 2y on 14 Oktober 2022.
A few minutes ago, I discovered the RC went dead during carging. No leds are lighting anymore.
How can I claim guarantee and what does that mean as I need to fly very soon for one of my customers.
