I am trying to use the DJI Osmo Pocket 3 in combination with my Rode Wireless Go 2 Mics. However, whenever I connect the receiver via USB C and turn on the transmitter I get continuous white noise. I tried different attenuations, tried different cables, cables that work with my phone or other cameras, but still, it does not work with the Osmo Pocket 3. In the videos that show how to connect the Wireless Go 2 they do nothing but connect it, and it works. Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

Any help is highly appreciated.

Hi roadx, thank you for reaching out. Osmo Pocket 3 supports wired microphones that have a USB-C connector and adopts a 48K/16bit high-definition recording format. Would you please double-check if the mic meets the criteria? Thanks.

Hi there, If the microphone you are using supports internal recording, you can turn on internal recording and start record. If the white noise persists, it is recommended that you contact Rode's customer service. If not, you can contact Rode’s customer service to confirm whether their microphone is compatible with Osmo Pocket 3 or not. Thank you.

Rode Wireless Go 2 is compatible with the DJI Osmo Pocket 3.  A software update of the Wireless Go 2 set fixed the issue.
