Late one evening in that evening lull of darkness Purcell Farms got stuck into second cut silage and wholecrop Rye. Lyons Contracts new John Deere 9500i with the 5m Wholecrop header working her way through the crop just on the outskirts of Limavady

John Deere 9500i chopping at 25-30mm using all 756hp as Squeak was pushing her on. Bru with the reverse drive opening up the field showing off the skills!!

Nice video. You could make lots of drinks with all that rye. What else is rye used for besides drinksand rye bread?

I normally try to watch the videos on the 4K TV on my live aboard boat but I was out and about so I was trying to catch up on the forum so I watched a lot of videos that day on my smart phone.  Besides, gave me something while waiting during my dentist visit.  They get mad when the patient runs late but it's okay for them to run an hour or more behind on scheduled appointment times.
