If you encounter the prompt "Connection Guide (DJI Fly App)" or "RC not connected to.. (DJI GO 4 App)" displayed on the DJI App when linking to the drone. You need to check the connection status of the remote controller and your mobile device.

Hi guys anybody having issues with controller on an Air 3. Losing signal even when quite close flying signal goes away then comes back.

Which drone are you trying to register?  Can you post a picture of the error you are getting.
