Unable to do a first flight with Mini 3. I get message: Incompatable battery version. Change battery

I recommend that you place the said battery into your aircraft and then connect it to your computer via the DJI Assistant 2 (Consumer Drones Series) to check for updates or refresh the firmware. The battery part number shows it's for mini 3 pro and mini 4 pro.

It is a DJI refurbished Mini 3 UAV with battery Model: BWX140-2590-7.32. All firmware is up to date.

The battery of Mini 3, Mini 3 Pro, and Mini 4 Pro are compatible. As for the error message you encountered, we recommend you update/refresh the firmware of the drone and battery again to see if it still exists.

Indicates all firmware up to date.

Model: BWX140-2590-7.32 battery is for Mini 3 pro and Mini 4 Pro. nothing mentioned about Mini 3.

Hi there, this is the battery model of DJI Mini 4 Pro, it can be used on DJI Mini 4 Pro and DJI Mini 3 Pro, yet, DJI Mini 3 is not supported. Please replace the battery with the DJI Mini 3 series for using with DJI Mini 3. Thank you for your understanding.
