Sounds like the rain we had most of last week.  I'm really looking forward to the nice weather that Spring usually brings.  Although, with the weather patterns being off so much this year who knows what weather Spring will bring.

I'm really glad you don't.  These things are just way too unpredictable.  They tend to veer off their paths very easily and sometimes you have less than a day to get prepared for them when they suddenly change course overnight.  Just a negative of living on land that is surrounded by major bodies of water on both sides.  That's the price we have to pay for living in the "sunshine" state.  Although it definitely hasn't been sunny a lot lately.

No sun in the Sunshine state?  I'd be demanding a rebate on my Council Tax. What do you call them? Habitation taxes or something?

Seeing as how I live on a boat and on my own property I'm not subject to any HOA or CDD fees of any sort.  I doubt the state would be willing to rebate any of my property taxes due to lack of sunshine.    The other good news with my home being portable I can always try to outrun the hurricane.  

Lovely scenery. That's quite a shado cast from the mountain you're on.

I trained race horses for about 5 years, starting at 4am but never got the bug to stay up after it. most of my work is business to business and they work with me from 10am to 7pm. I get up at 7am and have an hour or so to myself bufore getting ready but I can't bring myself to go out and fly. I should.

I'll bet that was an interesting five years, working with the horses.
In the summer months I have no difficulty being up and out at first light.
But nowadays I prefer a slow start to the day in the winter

It was fun, but i seem toprefer a slow start most days. We will see if Spring with the drones bring on new vigor.
